Spoiler: it involves a very large table and every receipt, sign and invoice a company has ever printed. Here is our process, step by step.
Collect everything
We ask clients to send us every printed thing they own: menus, receipts, uniforms, invoices, the sign on the delivery van. Then we lay it all out on the studio’s longest table.
Seen together, inconsistencies jump out. One client had seven different versions of their logo in daily use, and nobody had noticed.
Sort, score, decide
Each item gets a simple score: keep, fix or retire. The result is a one-page map of where the brand is strong and where it leaks. It is usually the most useful document of the whole project.
